BASEBALL 2013

Thanks everyone who came out and helped out with the clinic over the weekend. It was a great turnout. So much so that this year we're going to have Tee Ball, 6 Coach Pitch teams, 6 Machine Pitch teams, and 2 Senior Kid teams. Its not immediately clear how we're going to fit so many games into one day, but we'll figure something out.

Team assignments are complete. You should be hearing from your coaches within the next week. If you don't, please contact me. We tried as best we could to accomodate all the requests. Top priorities were allocating the coaches, then getting siblings placed either on the same team or not on the same team. We did the best we could for those that drive from farther away, while maintaining our high standards of safety and team balance. I hope it works ok for everyone. In their mails the coaches will be telling what they have planned for the season, what they have in mind for practices, and of course their contact details.

Team assignments are very tight. Meaning some of the teams will only have 9-10 kids. Please make every effort to attend every weekend there are games. The problem is if one kid doesn't come its possible that 17 other may not get to play...

The schedule is still being worked on and will be out soon.

Uniforms are here, and currently at the printers. They will be distributed on the first day of the season Saturday March 2. Please write your kids names on all equipment, hats, gloves, and shirts....

I'm sure there's going to be days that the weather won't want to cooperate. If its raining on game days or has been raining and the field is too wet I will be in touch with the coaches as early as possible to make a decision for the day.

So thanks again to everyone. Please watch for your coach emails, but contact me if you haven't heard anything by the end of the month. And the schedule will hopefully be out in a few more days....

BASEBALL CLINIC DAY

Hi Everyone- I'm super excited to get the baseball season going.

- Please try to arrive early to allow time for registration and getting organized.
