MADRID LEAGUE BASEBALL 2013 SIGN OFF (for now)...

Hi All

I'd like to thank everyone for making this year another great year for Madrid League Basbeall. Its been really great sharing our Saturdays the past few months. We can be very proud of the kids accomplishments this year. Not only have their skills and knowledge of the game increased over the course of the season but even more importantly their good sportsmanship, teamwork, confidence, and belief in themselves has risen to new heights.

Thanks to all the kids for their participation and to the parents for sharing a part of your family's weekend with the baseball family. Its been good fun.

To those moving on to new locations we'll miss you. Thanks for your friendship. I wish you all the best for safe travels and good luck in your new destinations. I hope that you'll take a little bit of Madrid League Baseball with you and that you think back of your time here with fond  memories.

To those that will be here next year I'd like to wish you all a good summer, have fun, and looking forward to seeing you all again soon.

BASEBALL FOR SATURDAY JUNE 8

I don’t know about anyone else but I had a great time at the baseball this past Saturday. It was great to have families come early and stay late just to watch the games. The atmosphere was fantastic, the weather could not have been better, and it was baseball excitement from start to finish. I almost hated for the games to come to an end. Almost… Anyhow we’re into the final week of our season. We should have an equally exciting day of games this Saturday. I’d like to commend and thank everyone for the way the games have been played over the course of the season and into the playoffs. It’s been the perfect balance of friendly competition and good sportsmanship, and have you all to thank for that.

I hope you all come out and spend the day watching and cheering as we play the final week of our season.
